Critz Campbell - Endura Club
Chosen for the Cooper Hewitt Design Museum’s Triennial “Inside Design Now” and featured in the windows of Saks Fifth Avenue, NY, Vanity Fair’s Oscar Party 2004, Frame Magazine, Arbitare, Nest, Metropolitan Home, Art In America, Los Angeles Times, Elle Décor, Budget Living, Smithsonian Magazine, HGTV, The Christopher Lowell show and NBC’s Today Show. Indeed few accomplishments have eluded the Endura club by Critz Campbell.
Lighted up from within by two florescent bulbs on a fiberglass frame overlaid with printed fabric which can be customized into the design of your choice. Imagine the Endura Club at your hotel lobby kicking out the other inferior commercial hotel chairs that you used to have over the years. Classic Hollywood glam seems to broadcast itself from the Enduro as the lighted seat brings warmth and light to one and all this christmas.
Imagine Critz Campbell’s creation in a dim lighted bar with cigarette smoke in the air as people mingle and go about their business. Put in the contemporary bar chair that is the Enduro and watch it shine forth it’s light over the crowd. See the shadow play on the walls and people fascinated. Made for visual pleasure, Critz Campbell describes it best : “ Each chair is made by hand to ensure serendipity and beauty…..illuminated from within to create an enticing and surreal object.”
